Sarah is unconditionally encouraging and for us first time parents her reassurance was remarkably settling for our nervous systems. She gave us lots of evidence-based education so that we knew facts, not opinions or hearsay, which is so important in a world of such varying opinions, even amongst medical professionals. Sarah has a very calming presence and is very patient. Her passion for being a doula comes from her experiences of the trials and joys of being a mother herself. She really wants to help parents and little humans coming into the world. We never felt judged by her or felt like she was trying to steer us in one direction or another. As first time parents you really want to feel like you're doing it right and that it's all going to be okay. Sarah helps you trust yourself and provides information to help you make an informed decision without any pressure.
