Free Meet and Greet
- A 1 hour meet and greet that can be done virtually, at your home, or at a location that is convenient for you.
- Go over the contract and the services Sarah provides.
- Answer any questions you may have.
Birth Planning $250
- 2 hour meeting to discuss your birth preferences
- Design your ideal birth plan
- Access to Sarah’s evidence based resources to help you decide what the best options are for your family
- Unlimited support via phone, text, or email
*Payment due in full at time of meeting
Birth Doula Package $900
- 1-2 prenatal consultations to discuss your birth preferences
- Birth and postpartum planning
- Unlimited support via phone, text, or email
- On call 24/7
- Physical and emotional support throughout labor using various comfort measures
- Immediate support after birth
- 1 postpartum daytime visit
*$450 due at contract signing. Remaining $450 due by 37 weeks in pregnancy. Payment plans can be discussed and arranged.
Car seat safety check $25 (complimentary for Sarah Long Doula clients)
- Inspection of installation of car seat.
- Inspection of child being secured in seat.
